Public Service Announcements

Public Service Announcements (PSAs): Our PSAs highlight important messages about substance misuse prevention, mental health awareness, and the resources available in our community. These short, impactful messages aim to educate and inspire action.

More Than What Happened

More Than Their Addiction. Honoring Their Lives. In this moving video, three courageous mothers hold photos of their children, two sons and a daughter, lives lost too soon to overdose. With love and courage, they remind us: “They were more than that.”

· Sarah Smith, remembered by her mother Debbie Devito

· Vincent D’Antoni, remembered by his mother Sharon Richmond

· Mark Bergbuchler remembered by his mother Patti Bergbuchler

These mothers are not only honoring their children’s memories, but they are also breaking stigma, raising awareness, and inspiring hope through the positive work they do in our community. Their grief has become purposeful, their voices a call for compassion and understanding.

We stand with them, fully supporting their courage and commitment to creating change. Together, we are lifting their voices, honoring their loved ones, and building a community where compassion replaces stigma. Behind every statistic is a child, a family, and a story that matters.

Teen Alcohol PSA

This PSA on Teen alcohol consumption is supported by shocking statistics of underage misuse of the debilitating substance. Year after year Alcohol continues to be the most used drug among U.S Youth. We hope this video made with our very own 1Life coalition as well as other Northport HS students, can shed some light in the darkness of the ever-problematic Alcohol issue in this country.

Teen Vaping PSA

This is a vaping PSA we made with our youth coalition 1Life. It shows the borderline epidemic we have on our hands with underage vaping. This piece is comprised of news media and narrative story to depict the incredible nicotine dilemma we are dealing with in this country.
